"We have been with this particular office for a while now. Overall we have had pretty good experiences and we get pretty good prices on our insurance. The team has been pretty nice and the the only "issue" is that occasionally you will get a call or email asking if you want to upgrade to a more expensive option or package. This only happens a couple times a year to me, so it's not that much of a problem."
